Scope
More Than Protein Ingredients Ltd. (MTP) is establishing a protein processing facility on a 13-acre Greenfield site in Bowden, Alberta (the “Project’). MTP has partnered with SiccaDania, a Danish equipment and technology manufacturer, to provide the design, procurement and commissioning of the Main Line Process and R&D process of the new facility. The yellow pea (pulse) receiving, and the pre-process will be designed by MTP. The facility will consist of the following components and buildings:
- Pulse Receiving (Truck Scale, Receiving Pit, Storage Bins)
- Pre-Processing (Pulse Cleaning, Dehulling and Milling Processes, Air Classification)
- R&D Process (SiccaDania)
- Main Line Process (SiccaDania)
- Powder Packaging and Warehouse
- Maintenance and Spart Parts Storage
- Facility and Process Utilities, Wastewater Treatment, Cooling Tower, Chemical Receiving, Storage and Distribution
- Office, Associate Welfare and Guardhouse Facilities
